With CARRIDA 5, we fully transitioned our recognition engine to deep learning. CARRIDA 5.1 builds on that foundation and brings several improvements that make a direct difference in day-to-day projects.
License plate and vehicle attributes – now as a combined result
Previously, license plates and vehicle attributes such as type, make & model and color were output as separate datasets. The correlation had to be established in the target system.
With CARRIDA 5.1 and Advanced Detection, this happens directly within the recognition process. The result: a structured, combined dataset – no manual matching, fewer integration errors.

What you can now configure
Lists and Read Actions can now be combined with extended recognition attributes. Actions are no longer triggered based on the license plate alone, but in combination with vehicle type, make & model or color.
For example: A license plate is approved, but only for a specific vehicle type. If a different vehicle arrives with the same plate, CARRIDA 5.1 detects the mismatch – the barrier stays closed.
